At Transformation Adda, we focus on providing fitness consultations, training sessions, and personalized programs.
As we offer services only and do not sell or ship physical products, traditional shipping does not apply.
Instead, this policy explains how our appointments and digital services are delivered.

1. Service Confirmation

Once you book your consultation or fitness session, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, email, or SMS within 24 hours of your booking.
This confirmation will include your appointment details, date, and time.

2. Service Delivery

All services are delivered in person or online, depending on the option you choose at the time of booking.

  • In-person sessions: Conducted at Transformation Adda’s fitness facility or other approved locations.

  • Online sessions: Conducted via video call or digital communication platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, etc.).

There is no physical shipping involved for any service or booking.

3. Rescheduling or Cancellations

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Delivery Timeline

Appointment availability depends on trainer schedules.
Most appointments are scheduled within 1–3 business days after booking confirmation.
